As an educational leader, I am passionate about innovation and creativity. As a bilingual American and French citizen, I have extensive experience managing international programs, developing curriculum, and facilitating student-centered experiences. After recently completing an MBA in Education Leadership at UCL Institute of Education, I am dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative learning environments.With my experience as Head of School at Ermitage International School of France, I led a K-12 day and boarding school with 1400 students and 150 staff members, implementing an ambitious 5-year development plan that surpassed enrollment KPIs and oversaw campus expansion and renovation projects. With my wealth of experience in IB and international school leadership and development, I am committed to providing students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for success in the global marketplace. I am driven by a passion for creativity and empathy, and I believe in the importance of creating student-centered experiences that foster a love of learning.
