As a Demand Planner, my primary responsibility is to collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure that our customers' needs were not only met but exceeded. This involved accurately forecasting customer demand over the next three years, analyzing historical trends, and current market conditions to develop detailed demand plans that would support the success of Cargill's US & Canada Case Ready Customers.To accomplish this, I work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure that our demand planning process was aligned with broader business objectives.
