Part of a grounds team that maintained all county property. Worked out of a truck supplied with yard working equipment and standard tools. My time was most often spent keeping foreclosed properties up to date on city codes (and my own standards) regarding overgrown lawns and unsightly debris. Often times I'd work myself ahead of schedule and be able to lend a hand to the rest of the grounds team, whether it's cutting trees, painting, or more standard yard work at any given county property such as the courthouse. All the while surveying for potential side tasks like clearing roads of downed trees.

In time I would be more engaged with customer interaction over the phone and in person. I'd also be handling payments, handing out keys, returning them when needed, and handling temperature control in the winter.
