Assistant Coach for the men's lacrosse team. Running the offensive side of the field. Aiding in the recruiting process.

In this role, I assisted the manager for the girls lacrosse division and oversaw 10 teams. I collaborated with other program directors and managers to map out player development initiatives and plans. I helped run and coach our camps, clinics, and select teams throughout the summer. I also aided in managing player and parent/guardian experience at all our events.

Maintained fitness center facilities and assisted gym-goers with any needs or questions

Assisted SID with game day set up, ran game clock and scoreboard, filmed games for coaches use and public livestream

Worked with customers to build personal meal-prep subscriptions as well as one-time purchases. Prepped for food deliveries and organized parts of the order and shipment.

I worked on a project that required me to learn how to storyboard and make the product as appealing as possible by relating back to the customer and inviting them to buy an experience rather than an app.

This role taught me how to work with coworkers and more importantly, with the customer. My job was to make sure the customer was satisfied with what they came to the store looking for. Through my time at Benny's, I was able to experience good work habits and ways a business can fail.
