Aviation Recruiter
• Source, screen, submit, select, and manage candidates from various career websites while working closely with large aviation manufacturers and airlines not limited to Delta, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman.• Responsible for managing and prioritizing day to day operations for a small team with tasks such as reviewing submittals, screening candidates, and training direct reports to ensure they successfully deliver on all minimum quality standards. • Work closely with Account managers, recruiters, Marketing department, and Leadership group to develop industry knowledge and coordinate aviation materials such as sending job alerts to expand candidate prospect reach while promoting company growth. • Build and maintain strong network and industry contacts to generate lasting relationships while assuming full accountability throughout the candidate’s contract by being the main point of contact through the pre-employment screening, resume tailoring, interview, and onboarding process. Achievements: • Selected by Sales manager multiple times for onsite client strategic partnership opportunities to help identify how LAUNCH could complement Dassault Falcon Jet and other clients on staffing manpower, and meeting production goals set by clients. • Mentored five new recruiting coordinators and three interns through a development mentoring program by actively assisting with questions, showing best practices for tailoring resumes along with how to navigate client requirements, and teaching how to operate LAUNCH’s internal software database. • Collaborated with a small team to create, develop, and run a mentor program, designed to teach and assist junior recruiters.
