My passion is leading projects and programmes that make a positive difference to people and society. That can mean changing how thousands of police recruits learn and develop. Redesigning the organisation structures of a housing association from customer service to enabling roles. Helping a local authority support its workforce through major technology changes. Or creating new social enterprises from scratch.For EY, I lead our Local Public Services team for People Consulting, and our amazing Organisation Design team. I work collaboratively with teams and clients to bring the experience and insight they need to deliver on their ambition, deal with challenges and make the right strategic decisions.
