After being a Security Audit Engineer developing 60 billion log-per-day scale analytics code for the Spark cluster, I was given the opportunity to use my algorithm design background in a special new role as Positive Disruptor. As Positive Disruptor, I completed 11 projects in 3 years for vastly different teams from Law, Enterprise, Human Resources, Client Computing, and Validation groups. Each team had been stymied in their efforts – most for years, I was successful in moving them all forward using investigative analysis, technical writing and artifacting, as well as systems and social analytics. • I was one of the most accomplished and awarded employee in my Organization during my tenure as Positive Disruptor winning 8 Division Recognition Awards for disruption projects as well as the Intel Innovation Award (a very high recognition) for a personal disruption I made at the VP Level. • In the Analytics Team as an algorithm coder, we successfully built a system capable of using 40 servers to analyze 3 billion logs-per-hour with lateral analysis via data-frames.
