Hunter Hastings is the host of The Value Creators podcast and a founder of the Value Creators online learning, content and community platform for entrepreneurs. He is a co-manager of the Bialla Venture Partners 2, LLC venture capital fund, Executive Director at the Center For Individualism, and a published author. Hunter is deeply passionate about promoting entrepreneurship to the future leaders of America and the world. He advocates for individual economic freedom and self-reliance. Hunter’s commitment to the principles of Austrian economics and the Austrian business model drive his work to educate business leaders in entrepreneurship and its capacity to create a positive experience and beneficial ecosystem for customers, employees, business partners and vendors.Hunter was CEO of Emmperative, a P&G funded marketing automation startup that pioneered the enterprise marketing management (EMM) systems category, and of EMM Group, the consulting spin-out from Emmperative. Before Emmperative, Hunter was founder and President of BHC Consulting, which developed marketing strategies for technology companies. He was a member of the founding team at Ryan Partnership, helping to build the company into a $100MM marketing services group. He was also a member of the brand management team at P&G in Europe, Vice President Of Brand Management at SBC, a roll-up of regional and national beverage brands, and Chief Marketing Officer at JBS USA, the North American arm of JBS, the world’s largest protein marketer.Hunter has published 5 books on marketing and service business strategies, published by ANA (The New Marketing Mission), Wharton School (Improve Your Marketing To Grow Your Business), and Business Expert Press (Service Thinking; The Seven Principles To Discover Innovative Opportunities and The Interconnected Individual). He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Economics from Cambridge University.
