In my eyes IT is not something to be mistaken as a utility, but an essential and effective means to operate a business through strategy and understanding where people meet technology in the aspects of their roles. Operational Skills: Managing aspects such as project management, process streamlining/automation, auditing, budgeting, risk prevention, vendor negotiations, information campaigns and mentorships, I can be of excellent service. Previous Initiatives: Third party internal audits, process automation, VMware stack virtualization, critical server planning/patches, email to cloud migrations, hardware refreshes, anti-phishing campaigns, training sessions, MDM for fleet services, new location buildouts, remote VPN lift/shifts for entire workforce, and various other adventures.Soft Skills: I have lots of soft skills, but I would say the one most worth mentioning is the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of personnel from their individual perspective, both in person and through writing. This is through considerable experience working directly with executive leadership, department leads and engineers to understand business processes from cradle to grave and how best to bring these areas to an optimal state. Personal: I think that it is important to see, value, and understand individuals in their functions to maximize the potential of a company as a whole, and to lead as well as listen. I enjoy pushing my limits and am always looking to expand my knowledge base and become integral on what makes a company successful.
