As a minority owner and member of GiANT Worldwide since its founding in 2013, I love waking up everyday to help people unlock their full potential. In short, we build software and leadership tools that equip consultants and organizations around the world to create healthier and higher performing teams. Operating in a vibrant culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation, I have the privilege of leading the development of GiANT's content and training both for up-skilling our own consultants as well as training our amazing clients. Our philosophy is grounded in the concept of liberating leadership and the belief that everyone's unique skills and leadership Voice are needed for a team to perform at its best. With our combination of simple, visual tools and technology driven solutions, we can help any team from anywhere in the world improve the culture and performance of their team.

In 2010, I Co-Founded Cirion Group LLC with a close-knit group of friends and colleagues. We began as a small business consulting company, helping business owners solve problems and tell their stories effectively with other stakeholders. From a foundation in technology, websites, e-commerce and business planning, we helped them succeed even in the midst of a global recession. Today, we are a consulting agency using the GiANT platform to help high-performing consultants build their own business and transform the lives, leadership, and productivity of clients around the globe. As much as Cirion Group is a vehicle for helping other people live their passions, it is also a platform for me and my other co-founders to do what we love as well - unlocking the potential of people in every sector and city in the world.

A highly selective program in the Terry College of Business Institute for Leadership Advancement dedicated to developing the leadership skills and abilities of future leaders of the business community. The curriculum includes one year of personal and career leadership teaching and experience, and another year of teaching and leadership development with regard to Organizational Leadership. Development is fueled by activities like corporate site visits, mentoring program with business executives, guest speakers, service projects, and much more.

Chair the Judicial Committee of the Fraternity, Educate Members on Risk Management Policies, and sit on the Executive Board of the Fraternity.

AIDS Walk/Run Athens is a student led, 501(c)3 non-profit organization seeking to enhance the capacities of the University of Georgia and the greater Athens communities to care for those affected by AIDS, and to prevent future cases of HIV and AIDS. The goals for the annual AIDS Walk/Run are (1) to raise funds for HIV and AIDS support organizations in Northeast Georgia; (2) to increase public awareness about HIV and AIDS, the impacts of HIV and AIDS on the people in our communities, and currently available local resources; (3) to unite the larger Athens and university communities in fighting stigma and promoting prevention.

Worked in the Washington, D.C., office of Congressman John Linder as an intern. Assisted staff members in conducting research and writing memorandums and reports for the Congressman. Provided district members with tours of the U.S. Capitol, and attended whip briefings and various House of Representatives committee meetings.
