My main responsibilities include inventory forecasting, quality management, ground logistical coordination and scheduling, mission-necessary equipment planning and preparations, and post mission equipment recovery and quality re-assessment with 18 subordinates under my direct supervision. During my tour, due to the different nature of the missions supported, the primary equipment utilized were not readily available, thus the systems were relatively new. Therefore this required me to analyze, improvise, reorganize, and streamline processes to meet time sensitive missions.As with all new systems, regulatory changes in equipment classification needed me to analyze newly emerged issues, identify the key challenges, and conceptualize risk management solutions.
