• Lead a team of engineers and industrial designers to create, design, and pitch a new leaf blower vacuum. Selected design was moved to the product development phase to be further executed by Black and Decker.• Researched market data of current products in the leaf blower and leaf vacuum categories. Created a database of competing products and their features to allow for analytical comparisons and market placement.• Pitched three potential product designs to the executive leadership team using market analysis, financial projections, and design specifications.

• Lead a project team to select and implement a new, company-wide telecom expense management vendor.• Created the Project Management team’s first templates for each phase of the project management lifecycle. Trained project management team leaders on how to use and disseminate templates to over 50 project management employees.• Assisted in the documentation, organization, and update of email addresses for the transition of the databases during the company’s acquisition.
