Designed and launched the Tillman Scholars program.Led Tillman Scholar selection and engagement and strategic partnerships.The Tillman Scholars program supports our nation’s active and veteran servicemembers and their spouses by removing financial barriers to completing a degree program of choice.While in this position, the Pat Tillman Foundation invested over $3.2 million in education support to 230 Scholars at 71 institutions in 34 states. In addition, we fulfilled the mission to invest in military veterans and their spouses through educational scholarships – building a diverse community of leaders committed to service to others.

Raised over $20,000 for the Tillman Military Scholars program while training for and running three (3) ING NYC Marathons, one (1) Bank of America Chicago Marathon, one (1) Little Rock 1/2 Marathon and one (1) P.F. Chang's Arizona 1/2 Marathon.

Participated in a cultural exchange program between North Little Rock, Arkansas and Uiwang, South Korea. Continued support for this program as a volunteer during winter and summer stays with South Korean exchange students in Arkansas.
