Lead and manage the Americas marketing activities to deliver consistent internal and external communications to support the HORIBA Automotive global marketing strategy. As part of the global MarComms team, provide and support a variety of global marketing initiatives across the automotive segment and drive development of the HORIBA Automotive brand.

Held various positions from Market Research to Strategic Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and Head of Global Marketing and Communications. Leadership of the marketing team and strategy that supports Atlas’ thirteen distinct business units and two strategic partner organizations under Simon Group Holdings. Execute revenue generating marketing and branding campaigns that add high value leads to the top of the sales funnel. Working closely with sales, provide the team with the necessary tools to close high value deals faster. Expand product solutions and offerings that position Atlas as an innovator and leader. Implement content marketing strategy that provides consistent messaging across a variety of channels including social, web, email, press releases, blogs, white papers, collateral and RFP development. Manage lead lifecycle management process with HubSpot marketing automation software. Build program value across the organization utilizing CRM to measure KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Support Atlas Cares initiatives to create meaningful impact in the communities that we work and live in.

Assist in all aspects of marketing operations and sales support. Maintain sales and marketing scorecards, forecasting models, and incentive programs. Utilize Saleslogix, SQL and other CRM tools to develop reports as needed to answer specific business questions for VP of Sales & Marketing. Manage marketing programs emphasizing branding and lead generation. Responsible for creating and publicizing of ongoing educational/ promotional publications for customers and prospects, such as newsletters, direct mail, presentations, and other media. Assisted in all aspects of brand management including target market research and design considerations for external and internal messaging.

Develop relationships with local contractors, provide outstanding customer service, and increase customer retention. Responsible for understanding customer needs and providing them with the best possible equipment or rental solutions.
