About Jenny Hunter

Lead-Partner-Deliver. Three words neatly sum up what I love doing.Putting the customer at the heart of what we do and marrying it with business outcomes - it doesn't get better than that. Building organisational capability and practices in customer experience, service design, digital product management and agile delivery are the hallmarks of my past 10 years. It is stimulating, challenging and very, very rewarding. Leading teams of talented payment specialists, product managers and owners, service and UX designers, business analysts, scrum masters, software developers and other technical folk is brilliant. My early years in marketing, communication and sustainability management roles were the perfect background for my current work. I still apply these principles and practices in everything I do. I thrive developing and implementing new programs, working out ways we can do things better and measuring the outcomes.
