CurrentPrimary duties include:• Managed Pre-Employment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for 15 branches statewide, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.• Collaborated with Agencies: Partner with third-party agencies to source and place expertise-level positions, maintaining high standards of quality and fit.• Branch Recruitment Needs: Travel to branch locations to assess recruiting needs and develop strategic plans to increase headcount effectively.• Handled Employee Relations: Evaluate employee relations cases, recommending appropriate actions including coaching, disciplinary measures, or terminations.• Job Description Management: Create and update job descriptions to align with company standards and strategic goals.• Employee Training: Train and educate new employees on company practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and integration.• Reporting for Management: Conduct monthly reports on headcount, absenteeism, and attrition for presentation to the executive management team.
