Responsible for the management of sales incentives, recognition and rewards programs for key accounts at Solterbeck. In this role I managed the overall operations of the sales and channel incentives and creative services team, delivering reward and recognition programs to multiple clients and tens of thousands of program participants. Key focusses include creating and delivering creative campaigns and communications strategies to drive sales and achieve business outcomes, leading a team of six employees, building building effective client relationships, creating and implementing strategy/plans and managing large client budgets.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of brands (which together form Australia’s largest financial advice businesses) to achieve acquisition, retention and cross sell objectives via B2C (advice clients and prospects) and B2B (financial advisers/planners) channels. This involved the development of marketing strategies to help individual licensee business to achieve their business objectives, including establishing brand clarity and awareness, articulating and reinforcing the value of the licensee offer, marketing particular elements of the offer to the existing network, attracting and retaining practices and advisers, and leveraging client facing marketing initiatives to achieve sales production targets.

Responsible for the design and delivery of marketing services to AMP Advice licensees, including Charter Financial Planning and Genesys Wealth Advisers. This included managing a team of three marketing consultants and managing the marketing services budget. My focus in this role was on consulting with practices to develop tailored marketing strategies, development of both bespoke and one-to-many client-facing marketing communication resources, and implementing programs to help practices access support and services.
