In this role, I am responsible for editing invoices to send to clients. My other responsibilities include monitoring past due accounts, e-billing, and submitting appeals. The highlight for me is creating JavaScript code on Adobe Acrobat to automate search and extraction of pages on 1000+ page reports. This saves 150 hours for my team, and I was recognized for this high achievement.

Client: PTC Inc.I was responsible for booking payments, journal transactions, and credits/refunds. Also, I was assigned to clean up monthly accounts receivable balances by contacting customers through emails. The highlight was when I lead the robotics process automation team in automating invoicing for Italy. I wrote a 400+ line code on VBA that transformed raw invoice data into SOX-compliant excel report that we submitted to a portal. This code ran every day and in return, saved 15 hours per month. I was recognized by my team and the robotics process automation team for writing the code.

Client: Five Star Senior LivingThis was a short-term role where the only responsibility I had was verifying and processing heavy-volume invoices on Workday.

I was responsible for entering vendor invoices in QuickBooks, paying invoices on time, and reconciling checking and credit card statements for three offices. Some other activities include researching, budgeting and coming up with solutions on reducing expenses. Before I departed, I trained two new interns for the accounts-payable role.

I was responsible for handling cash and credit card payments in the front counter. My other duties include scanning inventory and handling customer complaints. The highlight for me was when I marketed and increased coat sale by 54% on President's Day sale week from prior year. I achieved this by reminding regular and new customers daily on half off cleaning and hanging a banner on the store.
