As the Director of Customer Experience here at CANVAS, I lead a team of customer experience representatives that work hard to create a seamless and life giving experience to the customers of CANVAS. As a startup company, my role heavily involves creating internal and external systems that will keep the customer experience department running efficiently and smoothly, work through researching new softwares, seeing what the most relevant companies are up to and finding ways to serve our customers from opening their package to creating with Canvas!

As the worship director at Christian Faith Center, I played a huge role in helping create inspiring and excellent experiences for those attending services/events through worship. I had the privilege of leading a vocal/band worship team and got to build relationships, train and encourage them! From Christmas to Sundays to Bible Studies to Youth, I was able to facilitate the worship leadership throughout those areas. Leading the preparation through rehearsals and development, and leading the execution for each service, as well as using creativity to brainstorm set ideas, special songs, etc. Using softwares such as Ableton Live and Logic Pro X to cut and organize tracks. I learned so much from this role!
