I spearhead our business strategy and roadmap in the commercial space industry in North America for Yokogawa and coordinate with our executive team in Tokyo to develop global strategies for our business unit. Our projects range from life sciences microscopy to remote autonomous operations, leveraging Yokogawa's international expertise in automation and autonomy. My goal is to involve terrestrial industry in the space ecosystem conversation and contribute to improving society on Earth through space-oriented solutions. That's the reason a few colleagues and I founded Collective of Space Minds, a non-profit dedicated to properly expand the reach of the space ecosystem and facilitate technology and information synergies with on-Earth markets.My role at Yokogawa also involves developing opportunities in the energy industry, including LNG, nuclear, hydrogen, renewable energy, and renewable fuels, by working with engineering, procurement, and construction companies. I help them find the right technologies for the safest and most efficient progress in their projects to enable a sustainable and low-carbon future for the energy industry and society.
