In this role, Leila worked with the Retail Capital Markets team for JLL for major investment sales in the State of Florida and the southeastern United States.Leila handled deal management through the due diligence and closing process, site tours, and assisted in soliciting interest from potential buyers for retail property investment, across all retail product types from single tenant leases to core, investment grade properties.Leila's role also included business development in an effort to try and generate new listings to increase total revenue production, marketing material preparation for RFP packages, lease interpretation and analysis, conducting broker's opinion of value, and extensive market analysis for disposition strategies.

In this role, Leila conducts research to support all development functions, including but not limited to: acquisitions due diligence, market analysis, construction costs, entitlements, available financing sources, design methods, investment memos, discounted cash flow analysis, and acquisitions analysis, project scheduling, and project correspondence for a 7,000 acre mixed use development with entitlements for over 7 million SF of commercial, education and research space and over 10,000 homes.Aided in the recruiting and leasing of high-level credit tenants to Lake Nona and The Grove at Isleworth, in addition to lease negotiation for over 1,000,000 s.f. of entitled commercial retail space.www.learnlakenona.com
