CurrentDirector of grow operations for Phoenix and Battle Creek Natures Medicines facilities -15,000 Sq Ft facility/61,000 Sq Ft facility- 1,372 Lights/ 19,000 Bloom Plants/ 25,000 Veg plants on weekly rotation-Organize and Direct all cultivation operations and work flow-Manage and oversee all cultivation staffing, SOP's, policies, and procedures-Strategize, coordinate, and direct the completion of daily facility operations-Oversee and monitor all environmental systems and agricultural equipment, Irrigation, fertilizer, climate control, drainage, electrical, HVAC, chillers, RO systems-Extremely efficient employee staffing, task completion, and accurate goal-driven deadlines-Profecient and experienced in both Hydroponics and Soil mediums-Multi-time Errl Cup award winner (1st place 2021)-Implement safety protocols and assure all OSHA standards are met-Responsible for budgeting, achieving cultivation goals, expenses, cost of goods sold, and data reporting-Assure all testing regulations are met and exceeded -Create and implement SOP's and KPI's-Highly Experienced and knowledgable growing under all lighting (HPS, CMH, MH, LED)-Introduce and obtain trending and unique genetics-Direct of integrated pest management(IPM) and biological management -Maintain strong and daily relationships with top nationwide suppliers to ensure cost savings and maximize revenue -Implement charts for daily completion checks on all aspects of day to day operations -Assure all lighting systems are optimal provide par and light penetration canopy wide in all areas
