About Hunter Mayhew, Ladc, Lmsw

At Connecticut Addiction Counseling and Coaching in Cheshire, I offer private therapy for individuals or families seeking substance use and co-occurring mental health related treatment services. Finding the right therapist and reaching out to start services can feel like a daunting task; my goal is to make connecting to quality therapy services easier. After nearly 10 years of clinical experience in a variety of substance use, mental health and co-occurring treatment settings I know how important it is to feel comfortable, safe and understood by your provider. The many barriers that people encounter in treatment can make seeking substance use and mental health care feel intimidating which is why I value an authentic, person-centered and individualized approach so treatment feels empowering, effective and comfortable. Book a free 15 minute consultation with me through CTACC here: https://www.ctacc.org/hunter-mayhewBy starting with a free 15 minute consultation, you will have the opportunity to get to know me, learn more about the therapy process and ease into therapy services in a comfortable way. I offer both in-person and telehealth services on several weekday evenings so that engaging in treatment is manageable and easy while balancing all the business common in today's lifestyle.
