I have been in IT since I was a kid. My dad taught himself how to program. My goal in developing an IT career was to eventually work with him. While this did not quite pan out, it has turned into a desire to serve others. This then led to starting my own company so that I could serve even more people. It has never been about the money. It has always been about providing customer service with excellence. My business mentor told me a while back that if you provide an excellent service that people want, the money will chase you down.While pursuing my business career, I have been able to find my true passion. Serving others. But not just in IT. I have recently found and become a part of a mentoring team that helps others overcome and become a better version of themselves. Because mentorship greatly helped me and thus made an impact on my family, I am enjoying paying this forward and at the very least connecting people with those that have helped me.
