During my time at the 381st Military Police Company I served as a team leader within the company's Operational MP Platoon. I routinely trained on riot control measures, search and extraction missions, and conducted cross-training with the Air National guard for Indiana's CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package, whose primary mission is to provide rescue and medical services to civilians during natural disasters. My time at the 381st also afforded the opportunity to instruct as a subject matter expert in infantry tactics during field training exercises.

During my time as a Pre-OCS Cadre member, I Instructed U.S. Army Officer Candidates and Cadets on key skills pertinent to their respective training pipelines in order to commission as officers in the Indiana Army National Guard. I routinely planned, organized and executed on-site training at Camp Atterbury to include land navigation, basic rifle marksmanship, leadership attributes and competencies, urban operations, drill and ceremony, and military history.
