Performance is a constant metric that dictates our jobs, relationships, wins and losses, self-worth, and sometimes life and death. Whether it be in an athletic arena, board room, operating table, or everyday life, there is a constant pressure to perform. My aim is to help people identify the markers of their own performance and empower them to recognize their strength to overcome obstacles. I bring a unique style of thinking that facilitates problem solving, promotes positive organizational/individual change, improves productivity, and overall effectiveness. My current work is facilitating and co-leading a team towards identifying, understanding, and training the gap in performance development, the mind. Merging technology with well-established research and mental skills, the mind can now be measured and trained. The ability to measure an individual’s ability to get calm, focus, and engage allows performers to decrease mental fatigue and optimize results. If you have questions, feel free to message me to have a conversation.
