As resident assistant responsibilities include role molding academic success, engage in community communication, and help keep an inclusive space within the resident halls.

Worked along side profession process engineering department and operations department to implement 5S and six sigma practices to increase efficiency of facility. Projects that I was involved in included; facility layout planning, time study of facility throughput, validation of current process, and machine maintenance.

Originally hired as a forklift operator within the inbound department of Colony Brands' Sun Prairie fulfillment center. Promoted to a shift lead for the inbound department, focusing on receiving and organizing incoming product shipments. Responsibilities include the following operation of equipment, labor management, documentation of incoming products, and variance reporting for incoming shipments.

Assisted in ongoing research of photovoltaic (PV) panel recycling process to synthesize a water-energy nexus solution. Duties while assisting were data and literature analysis in order to form historical reference, and for comparative analysis of results gained from research. While assisting in the undergrad research, had to overcome initial communication issues with the prevalence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Originally a student part of the school earned the rank of black belt within the school and gained the opportunity to assist in teaching classes. In time was promoted to a senior instructor teaching and leading classes individually. Responsibilities while as a senior instructor included: Opening, closing and maintaining the school for classes. Working with a large spectrum of students of varying ages, backgrounds, and disabilities. Leading and instructing in a number of curricula including sparring, weapons handling, and self-defense. Role modeling and assisting other instructors within the school.
