I was born in Braidwood Illinois and spent two years going to school at Concordia University in Chicago where I studied Marketing and played basketball. I then transferred to Illinois State University where I studied Information Systems with a focus in Systems Development. I changed majors many times in my years of college and I found passions for communication, business, and IT. Currently, I am working with GROWMARK to help make sure every member company employee is supported in their training and usage of our enterprise applications. I am passionate about consistently expanding my knowledge in all fields of IT. After finding a passion for knowledge article creation and use through my work at the Student Affairs IT Help Desk at ISU, I leaned into that experience and passion when carving out my role at GROWMARK. I am working on becoming certified in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) to help lead the project of implementing a new system of knowledge document creation and implementation within GROWMARK IT App Support.
