Hunter is the President of Quantum 5 Consultants, an employee centric company with years of placing highly trained and experienced technicians. Prior to joining Quantum 5 Consultants, Hunter was the Chief Operating Office and Executive Director of RE360. His main focus was real estate acquisitions and new business development as well as the management of day-to-day operational processes.Prior to joining RE360, Hunter was a Manager concentrating in CLA’s Special Advisory Services practice. He specialized in business combinations, business enterprise valuations, ESOP valuations, goodwill & other intangible asset valuations, impairment testing, non-public stock & option valuations, estate & gift tax compliance, and M&A transaction services. Hunter’s clients included publicly traded and closely held companies that are leaders in the consumer products, construction, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, metals, pharmaceutical, private equity, telecommunication, and financial services industries.Prior to merging with CLA, Mr. Morris was a Manager in KFMR's Business Valuation, Transaction Advisory, and Litigation Support practice. Prior to joining KFMR, Mr. Morris was a Senior Associate in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice. Over his tenure at KPMG his experience focused around business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, transaction due diligence, credit analysis, and audit review parallel analysis for both public and privately held clients. Prior to his time with KPMG, Hunter worked in the commercial lending industry, for a financial services company and in the M&A industry, for a mid-market M&A firm.Mr. Morris graduated from Lehigh University in 2001 majoring in both finance and marketing. In 2008 he received his MBA, focus in finance, from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. He successfully completed half of the requirements for an intangible asset ASA specialty.
