Analyzes trends in subscriptions and sales while working with media and marketing specialists to ensure continued growth.

The Director of Coaching is responsible for designing and scheduling ideas for content with the purpose of furthering the message and philosophy of Misfit Athletics. The Director of Coaching uses trends in the community, the sport of CrossFit, the competitive season, and knowledge of the Misfit Athletics program to generate ideas for content release and then delegates their development as required. This position works closely with the Director of Media and the Director of Programming to ensure the content being released is both relevant and feasible. This position also supervises the Blog and Social Media Manager to ensure content is released on the scheduled day on the correct platforms, and more importantly, accomplishes the overarching mission of MFA. The Director of Coaching takes the intent of the Company Executives and drives the Misfit community in the desired direction through our primary means of communication: the Blog and social media.
