Technology utilized: MySQL, Crystal Reports, Online Data Manager (ODM)/Apricot Databases, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel I was responsible for designing and maintaining the database objects and reporting for the client database at a large community service organization. I designed staff workflows and trained staff on database usage and best practices, and provided reporting for dozens of grants. I researched and chose a new database and oversaw the transition to the new platform. I hired and managed the IS staff.

Technology utilized: Raiser’s Edge Database, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Excel I maintained the Raiser’s Edge donor database and created all Development reporting. I trained staff and created organizational rules to maintain data integrity. I soon transitioned to managing the Information Systems department.

Technology utilized: Crystal Reports, Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Database I managed the database for a client population of several thousand. I created all database objects, workflows, and reporting and I trained and supported all staff members using the database.
