As Video Production Manager // Associate Producer at NAPCO Media I work closely under the Director of Video Services to oversee our video production workflow and to help create and deliver unique content to our clients. I serve many roles on our video team with an emphasis on video editing and shooting. We support all of the video needs for the four groups within NAPCO Media - Consumer Technology, Promo Marketing, Print, and Target Marketing, as well as a diverse number of outside clients. Our award winning team works on various types of projects including Docuseries, Commercials, Branded Product Videos, Company Profiles, Testimonials, Event Recaps, Web Series, Livestreaming Events, Tradeshows, Animation, and more.Post Production Duties Include• Completing post-production in its entirety on many projects, including asset management, editing, color correcting & grading, sound mixing, and graphic treatment• Creating "Whiteboard" and "Explainer" animations• Uploading/organizing videos for posting on integrated web platformsManagerial Duties Include:• Organizing our equipment and production studio to create a multi-purpose and transformable space, capable of a multitude of large and small scale productions including green screen capabilities• Training team members with varying levels of technological proficiency basic video abilities including camera operation, post production/software, lighting, sound recording, and more• Setting up equipment and prepping for shoots including lighting, cameras, props, etc.• Overseeing scheduling rentals for people checking out equipment and reserving studio time within NAPCO MediaProduction Duties Include: • Camerawork• Audio Recording• Frequent traveling for off site shoots and many tradeshows including CES, CE Week, CEDIA, Graph Expo, PPAI, and more.• Coordinating and working with freelancers• Livestream Surface live cutting/switching
