1.Conduct industrial/market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry2.Update market information with consultant on timely basis3.Work closely with consultant and clients to analyze & comprehend client background, job description4.Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes5.Key in all qualified resumes in executive searcher database (hardcopy/softcopy) and updating on regular basis6.Conduct face to face interview as required by consultant or clients when necessary7.Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached8.Be assist to consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with clients & candidates coordination, etc.

1. Analyst the Job Description and present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates2. Build up target lists of candidates; update the data-pool of CVs,3. Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.4. Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management5. Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.6. Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details.7. Produce and present suitable candidate to the senior to ensure the mandate come to closure.
