Hospital Corpsman HM1(FMF/SW)MEDICAL SERVICES: Take vital signs, provide emergency medical care, dressing and wound care, and complete medical referrals. Coordinate and assist in completing physical and dental exams, administer and annotate immunizations, audiograms, and visual acuity tests. Maintain medical records, conduct medical record audits and completing medical notes. Enter medical information into electronic health management systems (MRRS, SAMS, ALTHA, and CHCS).. Develop and Implement local health promotion programs. Coordinate with issuing entities to insure program compliance.WORK CENTER SUPERVISOR: Fulfill Planned Maintenance System requirements by conducting maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and ordering replacement parts for equipment; resulting in increased equipment reliability. Complete and document equipment tag-out procedures for equipment undergoing maintenance or repair.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Create, submit, and track routine and formal internal/external correspondence. Monitor calls and electronic communication status to ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. Respond to inquiries from customers, patients, family members, and treatment facilities by telephone and emails.
