Worked with a team of 5 interns to validate and build a project management tool integrated into Github (waffle.io). By conducting user research and building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), our team was able to effectively steer the product in the direction the market was asking. Incrementally we improved the product according to user recommendations and requests. My role was to build interface wireframes, mockups and pixel perfect designs for both the system and our landing page.

— Worked with Rally's head graphic designer to produce quality marketing material.

— Collaborated with developers and the webmaster to design web graphics, page layouts and a cohesive user experience.— Used Photoshop and basic CSS on the Wordpress platform and to create and manipulate pages and designs. — Utilized Google Analytics to track user’s flow through our site and develop an intuitive user interface based on the foundations of these statistics.

• Retained previous responsibilities as Photo Editor and oversee the design staff.• Designed and art directed illustrations, infographics and layout for the daily paper and the “Weekender”, the Friday edition of the Collegian. • Managed a staff of 12 people, directing the overall visual impact and continuity of the Collegian and direct large scale design and photography projects.(www.notebooktoplaybook). • Scheduled daily and weekly staff meetings, ensuring quality of work among the visual team and engineering new techniques to increase the staff’s confidence and skills.

• Led all photography related aspects that go into publishing The Collegian.

• Led multiple special photography projects with The Colleigan and stepped in as Photo Editor when needed.

• Was apart of an award winning photography staff at the third best student newspaper in the country.

• Recorded, tracked and archived audio for all musical concerts at the University Center for the Arts at Colorado State University.

• Used Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to design customized, quality ads for clients. • Worked closely with the advertising sales team to match client vision with design. • Trained new staff on procedure and graphic design.

• Started a successful portraiture photography business in high school where we photographed 50 seniors, 4 weddings, 3 families, and 20 sports teams our first year.
