After gaining experience from being the Director of Element for Fusion Bible, Personal Training, and Coaching at the college level, public speaking is a skill that was acquired. Years of coaching, collaborating, and coming up with creative plans from developing sermons to orchestrating events and camps, I became very comfortable with public speaking and building relationships with people. Through these positions, the essence of leadership was consistently at the forefront of the job. From leading the students I was over at Fusion Bible and learning to lead from the bottom, to leading both individual athletes and teams, these positions of leadership helped me to understand people and see what people's strengths are in order to come together to make a strong and efficient team.
