- Owned and defined the design process and brand strategy for all North American Sportsbook and iCasino ventures, aligning the design team’s efforts with other departments to execute a cohesive vision and strategy.
- Leveraged commercial knowledge and identified strategic opportunities to drive the vision and strategy for the Virgin Casino, Bally’s Casino, and Bally’s Sportsbook.
- Conducted biannual performance reviews, setting goals that effectively doubled the team’s capacity for workload.
- Reviewed and collaborated on creative briefs submitted by all relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring they aligned with the project’s scope, objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Managed and owned the Monday.com board, serving as the central hub for project management and collaboration within the organization.
