He worked closely with leadership and team members to complete the assessment and provided them with a roadmap and next steps to complete a transformation.Agile CoachFortune 500 Financial Services Company | June 2016 - April 2017Mr. Willett served as a team level Agile Coach for multiple development teams at a Fortune 500 financial company. He was responsible for improving team process, teaching the teams to adhere to the principles of Agile, helping the teams transition to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and providing strategic guidance during the restructure of these teams to the new framework. Mr. Willett was also responsible for providing coaching and strategic advisory to the program leadership team that supported these development teams.

Mr. Willett managed a business-critical mortgage banking web application for three Agile development teams (8-10 person teams). He led the Agile transformation for multiple development teams (10+ person teams) that were switching from the Waterfall methodology to the Agile methodology. Mr. Willett was responsible for creating, managing, and presenting team metrics and project plans to senior executives. He successfully transitioned quality assurance teams to In-Sprint testing and decreased the number of release and production defects. Additionally, he facilitated and coordinated Scrum of Scrums across multiple development teams and provided in-person training to development teams preparing to transition to Agile. Later, he was a Requirements Analyst on an Agile line for a tier one banking project at Nationwide Insurance. Mr. Willett created functional designs and functional specifications to aid the development and testing teams. He worked directly with the Line of Business, including management, to interpret and provide clear instructions to the development team regarding changes and updates needed to systems. He also aided in the constructing and interpretation of business requirements documentation. He gained experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments/methodologies. He further gained project management experience as a business analyst in charge of multiple projects; responsibilities included the design and implementation of projects for one of the largest Chase applications used across all Chase branches. He later worked in production support to minimize production issues and remedy existing production problems.
