About Hunter Zhong

Ever since my childhood, I've been fascinated by robots from TV shows and cartoons. Now this fascination has called me to dive deep into computers to learn both hardware and software as a 3rd-year computer engineering student at Stony Brook.Here are my recent projects:- Implemented automation scripts using OpenCV and Tesseract OCR to enable players in the mobile games to save time from repetitive tasks without cheating.- Lead a team to design and build a fighting robot using Arduinos and nRF24 boards to compete in Stony Brook robotics competition.When I am not solving engineering problems, I like to read and ponder about philosophy ( and among them my favorite Heidegger). Listening to the audiobook version while taking an afternoon walk is my go-to way of distressing.
