Hannah Hunt works in Sustainability communications for Google, helping to tell the story of how the company is using information and innovation to build a more sustainable future. With a mission to tell stories that build trust and amplify impact, her oversight includes Google's sustainability product strategy – collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to showcase how Google is helping people make more sustainable decisions – as well as Google's commitment to NetZero, supporting Google's Chief Sustainability Officer and SVP of Sustainability. Hannah is passionate about work that creates a healthier, more just and equitable world and has a keen ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get it done. Hannah has been at Google since she left college in 2011 and has held various roles in the global communications team in that time, including Corporate Communications doing local media outreach across the US, diversity and inclusion comms as well as, Google's Ads business. She also spent some time in internal communications, managing Google's initial response to COVID among other internal comms response needs.Hannah is originally from Northern Ireland and graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a degree in Law. After spending eight years in the Bay Area of California, she now lives in Atlanta with her husband and three kids.
