- Educate senior field leaders (Managers, Directors, VPs) on the various resources available to them to assist with Home program growth through virtual Webex meetings and in-person boot camps- Own and maintain an Anaplan model that is used across the 50+ Divisions across DaVita to assist with physician engagement planning

- Modified a model so that it would project the required number of patient trainings each month that are required to reach specific growth goals for any physician practice that DaVita works with- Managed the development and creation of a new resource from inception to finished PPT deck that is based on new analysis of physician data that can be replicated and used by Regional Operations Directors across the country in 200+ Regions to assist with physician meetings- Conducted cost analysis on a new product from one of our supply vendors using various different methods in order to help arm senior leaders in the company with the best information available to ensure DaVita captured maximum value during negotiations

- Optimize monthly report that checks in on the status of all ready for execution referral source arrangements with all the paralegals in the company and received unsolicited, positive feedback from 25% of them for efficiencies created- Improve data integrity through Excel reporting out of our Salesforce contract management database including the identification of a bad data point in 85% of our largest contract population (approximately 2,300 records)- Monitor consumer price index adjustments to compensation paid on approximately 1,000 contracts to confirm accurate adjustment against accounting payment records- Communicate with operations teammates at the Director level and above daily to ensure contracts smoothly work through the various approval processes and that the user experience in the contract management database is satisfactory- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, and IT in order to launch a new app on Salesforce to be a new contract management database for DaVita’s Strategic Business Initiatives - Create relationship reports including one for over 1,000 physicians that showed all contracts across all contract types- Analyze physician CVs to determine fair market compensation for services provided by the physician(s)- Train and quality check other Analysts/Sr. Analysts on core job functions to ensure accuracy and proficiency while maintaining my own job responsibilities
