As an in-house counsel for the Bank, I was the Bank’s sole expert resource in the property and franchising law spaces. I was responsible for heading up the property department for the bank Australia wide including premises leasing, ATM, master agreement negotiations, and dispute resolution. My role also included heading up the Bank’s franchising department.

As a Legal Assistant I was involved in the major client dispute resolution space. I was involved in a number of high profile matters for major international clients predominantly in the areas of antitrust, price signaling and consumer protection and assisting administrators in asset location and recoveries. I left London to resume my career in Australia.
