- Joined as employee #3 and oversaw all marketing efforts during a 4 year period of high growth, leading to a successful acquisition of Fullstack Academy by Zovio, Inc in 2019- Early stages: Built marketing and sales software stack, implemented digital analytics, created and managed all paid media (including SEM, display ads, and branded content), wrote content (email drips, blog posts, website copy, ad copy, print collateral), defined and managed sales process.- Middle stages: Identified high potential marketing channels and scaled efforts in them. Designed dashboards and reporting to optimize spend, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Recruited, trained and managed marketing team to grow our impact.- Later stages: Set marketing strategy to grow reach and refine brand positioning, managed product marketing across multiple products/markets, grew team, conducted competitive analysis, identified new channel and partnership opportunities to scale results
