I work as Chairman/NED/Board advisor to a variety of unquoted SMEs in the digital communications; media; technology and property areas. These are listed below. In each of these businesses, I typically invest and take a minority equity stake together with an advisory position. I work with each of the management teams according to the particular needs of the business at that point in time. It is very much a “hands on non-executive” role: I aim to support management in executing their plans for each business, and am available to provide advice, introductions or a listening ear as required. The nature of my experience and the young age of most of the businesses means that Corporate Finance activity is frequently a significant part of my role.

ChairmanFoviance Ltd 2007 - 2012London, United KingdomFoviance had been created from the merger of the Usability Company and Web Abacus in 2005.
