• Created, managed and reported on financial models for a variety of real estate developments including scenario analyses.

• Directed the corporate budgeting process that spanned over 100 cost centers, more than 20 owned real estate brokerages, 15 domestic and international regions and more than 5 countries.
• Implemented a new budgeting application, including building a revenue model based on key performance indicators
• Created a long-term forecasting model used to evaluate the impairment of goodwill, to sell an office building and to value a company to refinance debt and court investors.

• Directed one to four internal audit staff in the execution of the internal audit plan including: the evaluation of IT general controls, the evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting and the completion of.
