- Working closely with Trade team in Switzerland and local team for a sale contract.- Being in charge of sale allocation for all Open Sale with an efficient cost and on time of shipping period.- Following and controlling the inventory of materials and products to make sure sale contracts are executed on time.- Working with Production Teams in all locations to make sure the products match the required cut off/ nominated schedule from clients.- Bringing excellent customer services to all stakeholders.- Controlling all costs link to FOB and continuously improve all steps in Supply Chain to have a better procedure.- Developing team members and offering internal/ external trainings.

Be a mentor for SCP to support students to understanding more about Supply Chain field at work and also share, train solf skills.- Be a mentor for a group of 1st year students at HCM University of Bank/ Youth For Chance Club at a competion.- Be a mentor for a group of students at VinUniversity at a competition.

- Team lead of East Africa origins (Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Congo)- Team lead of Brazil, MENA, Balkan and West Africa (Honduras, Columbia)
