1. Strategic planningo Consult GD in overall HR matters such as organization structure, talent acquisition policies, employee retention, corporate culture, optimizing HR cost. o Develop and adjust HR strategies, goals, HR long-term plan and short-term plan to meet business development requirement.o Build and update HR policies, procedure, regulation and implement to Branches and Subsidiaries.o Adjust HR strategy, goal and work-force plan align with business variation. o Design headcount structures, arranging human capital to ensure work – force quality for business development and optimizing HR cost.2. Managing Human Resources and Admin Department o Organize and implement HR actives to ensure quality and quantity of company work-force in a line with business development. o Oversee HR plan including: Recruitment plan, training and development Plan, salary and compensation, reward, appraisal to ensure human – capital meet long term development requirement. o Directly recruit Supervisor level and aboveo Manage and oversee the implementation of HR policies. Take care of staff’s health and spirit based on HR policieso Oversee C&B activities and employee relation activities o Build and oversee HR – Admin Budget

Manage all HR fields: Build and update HR policies, procedure, regulation. Recruitment, C&B, Training, Employee relation.

Manage day to day activities of the branch: Recruitment, training, C&B.

Task and responsibilities: Manager the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources and Administration functions to ensure provision of quality service to the “internal customers” and effective implementation of the Company’s HR policies.
