Review Pharmacologist* Served in multiple roles, including review of clinical study protocols, bioanalytical and dissolution (drug release) methodologies, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data, as well as review and responding to control correspondences, abbreviated new drug applications (ANDA), supplements, amendments, study protocols and investigational new drug applications, for a variety of therapeutic classes including drug products under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program and 505(b)(2) first generic ANDA applications.Women of CDER (2016-2021)* Served as Executive Chair of Women of CDER, where I led the volunteer networking group of 800+ members and as a founding member of this networking group. Facilitated meetings as project manager to draft the Women of CDER Charter, managed meetings of 30 individuals in 3 subcommittees over 8 weeks to generate a formal Women of CDER Charter to present to the Director of CDER. As Co-Chair of the Membership and Outreach Committee, I helped increase membership enrollment by 200% and as member of the Career Development and Education Committee, I helped develop a toolkit of resources for career trajectory and professional development.
