I provide a mentoring program to help young people from 25 - 30 years old achieve their overseas education goals in European countries. The following are the scholarship achievements of those guided in the program.- ERASMUS Exchange from Finland to the UK- 100% tuition fee for the Master's degree at the University of Oulu, 50% tuition fee for the Master's degree at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland- 100% tuition fee for the Master's degree at Trento University, Italy - Orange Tulip Scholarships for master's degrees at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Radboud University, and University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. - Fee-waiver admission to Master's in Bio Chem at the top three universities: the University of Geneva, Bern, and Zurich, Switzerland. - 40% tuition fee scholarship for Master in Creative Advertising at NABA, Italy- Leaders in Business and Society Scholarship 10,000 EUR for the MBA at the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands- HHL Asia Pacific Scholarship 22,000 EUR for the MBA in HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany- WHU MBA Scholarship 12,500 EUR for the MBA in WHU, Germany- Dean Scholarship 10,000 EUR for the MBA in Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands- HEC MBA Scholarship 16,000 EUR for the MBA in HEC Paris, France

- Managing Edunation (EN) Vietnam Team - Supervise the operation team of the pioneer product EN Direct and the Arrival Finland Package- Support the internal Talent Development by providing training and coaching programs for Educational Counsellors Team

- Build and develop the first Local Edunation team in Vietnam- Establish a working platform for the local team, including a database of customers, partners, products, communication methods, training materials and local marketing strategies, and sales channels suitable for Vietnamese culture- Propose and execute new initiatives in the Vietnam market to create learning patterns for other marketsAchievements: Vietnam ranks first globally in recruiting students for the Pathway to Finland of Edunation (autumn 2022 intake) and successfully recruited majority of the first group for Study Hub (sub-product line of Pathway to Finland) (spring 2023 intake)

- Manage all Edunation business activities in the Vietnam market with local stakeholders (agencies, high schools and universities, Embassy of Finland in Hanoi, and other educational institutions) - Lead a local marketing team to build and develop local social media channels (1 FB Page with 6000 likes, 1 FB Group of 2,500 members, 1 landing page and 1 YouTube channel) to promote the Pathway to Finland program in the Vietnam market. - Support the internal admission team (based in Finland and the Philippines) to develop the admission process and counselling process with an emphasis on delivering better customer experiencesAchievements: Successfully recruited the first group of Vietnamese students for the Pathway to Finland program.

- Be the first Internal Trainer dedicated to the Overseas Study Center (OSC) department at ILA Vietnam- Be responsible for creating and delivering a training development plan for the OSC department (more than 50 team members at 3 branches in Vietnam) - Collaborate with the HR team to establish the tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance for the OSC.Achievements: Improved the number of sales in challenging markets (Switzerland, premium summer program in the US)

- Be responsible for assessing and developing new opportunities with international schools and educational institutions in Vietnam - Generate direct sales

In 2016 Taleed Academy was the first brand launching the Scholly EU program. SCHOLLY EU is a pioneering mentoring program in the Vietnam market to provide consultancy and training for Vietnamese students who desire to apply for scholarships or financial aid from leading universities in Europe. - Be responsible for guiding the success of the "Scholly" Program in the first year after its launch in 2016 and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.- Mentor students and support the team to help more than 200 students successfully admitted with scholarships to universities in European countries in the intake 2017

- Educate and counsel clients (both parents and students) about international educational products in the US, Australia, Canada, and Singapore- Complete school application and visa application- Liaise with overseas schools on student applications and issues- Follow up student study pathway and strengthen the relationship with students - Develop a supporting network with school partners- Achieve targets for telesales, converted rate and number of students who departedAchievements: Top 3 counsellors in terms of signed contracts and number of students successfully arrived in their dream destinations.

- Research on target companies, profile their business and find out the people working in there at the most senior level- Make cold calls potential leads to research and arrange appointments with CEOs - Keep the leads tracking system up-to-dated on CRM- Run weekly and ad-hoc reports- Provide administrative support (create proposals, prepare contracts, organize MP’s calendar, etc.) and assist in running HR2B business events

- Manage primary email of the largest department of the company and provide excellent customer services for clients in Australia market- Keep the system updated and provide administrative support- Oversight workflow and schedule of jobs for accountants and reviewers and take actions promptly when delays occur- Run the weekly report, compile and analyze information for supporting the Operations Manager to prepare ad-hoc reports for management purposes
