Bikay provides IT services & consulting to their clients & partners (outsourcing with its clients in France) in web development, mobile/web applications, and business solutions.My responsible include :- Develop and Maintain Mobile Apps : Build and manage mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native and MobX- Website Development and Maintenance : Create and maintain websites using WordPress and Next.js- Basic UX/UI Design : Design foundational UX/UI elements to enhance user experienceWeekly Release Management: Oversee app releases on a weekly basis and handle any hot-fixes as needed- Bug Fixing and Performance Optimization : Address bugs and work to improve overall application performance- Facilitate Scrum and Collaboration : Lead daily scrum meetings, clean code sessions, and pair programming with fellow developers- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration : Partner with a diverse team to define and release new features across mobile apps, web, and backend applications in an agile setting

Shuttle bus management project is the project under Incubantion center which mainly focus on booking bus for students and faulty members from Pnhom Penh to Kirirom and Kirirom to Phnom Penh.My responsible include : - Develop and maintain web application for both user and admin using NextJs, tailwind and Shadcn/ui- Contribute to UX/UI design, creating intuitive interfaces and user flows.- General management for frontEnd team- Work closely with a cross-functional team in an agile environment to define, develop, and deploy new features for web application for user and admin- Address and resolve bugs to enhance application performance and reliability.- Facilitate daily scrum meetings, code review sessions, and collaborative programming practices with team members.
